Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: 
Greet customers, offer help, and ensure their needs are met quickly and according to quality and service standards.
  • Shop Maintenance:
Continuously arrange and restock shelves. Keep the shop floor and shelves clean and tidy to match the brand's image.
  • Customer Service: 
Provide excellent customer service by suggesting additional products, and alternatives, and following up on customer requests.
  • Multimedia-Specific Tasks:

Inform the Department Manager about out-of-stock or underperforming products.

Arrange multimedia products based on sales trends and release dates as recommended by the Department Manager.

Meet hourly and daily sales targets by promoting and selling multimedia products and services.

  • Stock Management: 
Ensure a smooth receiving process for shipments and maintain accurate stock records to prevent theft and security risks.

  • Cash Handling: 
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

  • Fashion-Specific Tasks: 
Take precise measurements for alterations, price according to the set list, and coordinate necessary alterations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Degree
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
  • Sports Goods Retail Skills:
  • Engage in collective sports
  • Project-oriented
  • Athlete or ambassador
  • Enthusiastic and responsible
