  • Monitor Performance: Check the appearance and performance of team members and provide training.
  • Guest Service: Ensure rooms are ready and guests' needs are met promptly.
  • Manage Supplies: Control inventory of uniforms, linens, and other supplies.

  • Lost and Found: Manage lost and found items and handle donations.
