Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and experienced Drivers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of Dubai’s roads and traffic regulations and will be responsible for transporting goods and passengers safely and efficiently. As a Driver, you will ensure timely delivery and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation:

• Safely transport goods and passengers to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Load and unload cargo as required.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.

Customer Service:

• Interact with clients and passengers professionally and courteously.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings.
• Provide information about routes, schedules, and services when needed.

Compliance:

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Ensure all relevant documentation, including licenses and permits, is up to date.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation and safety.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate logs of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
• Complete any required paperwork related to deliveries and passenger transport.
• Educational and Experience Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous driving experience, especially in a professional capacity, is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations and troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
• Basic math skills for handling delivery and mileage logs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience with different types of vehicles (e.g., cars, vans, trucks).
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
